Dear McMann Mortgage:
I would just like to take the time to
personally thank the staff at McMann Mortgage for your assistance
in finding financing for my first home. The first time I walked
into the office I knew that you werwe going to help me find the
lowest rat for my home loan. There was no suprise as to why your
company has been in business as long as it has.
Walt and Linda, you not only worked long and hard at getting
me a reasonable rate, but you also took the time to explain the
complexities of what you do and why. I felt that you were always
a step ahead of the game whenever the lender would call and request
more information from me. Every time you had called, sure enough,
the lender would call he next day and ask for exactly what you had
told me to bring in.
There was not one time that I felt like just another client
or number. Everyone there was very helpful and knowledgeable of
what was going on with my account. Your company is a shining example
of the way business should be done today. You all went above and
beyond the call of duty when did not have to, and because of that,
I am now paying a lot less of a mortgage than we had originally
thought.
Linda fought especially hard for me. She fought through all
the credit issue, divorce issues, and basically everything else
the lender threw at her until someone finally yielded and gave me
a reasonable interest rate. I look forward to my next major purchase,
because I know that you will all be there for me.
