We purchased our first home September of 1997. We are sending this letter to extend our gratitude to all of the people invloved in the processing of our mortgage.

As first time homebuyers, we were apprehensive. Your representative were extrememly patient. They answered every question in detail, and always left the lines of communication open.

We dealt primarily with Walt and Suzanne. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and placed us at ease throughout this stressful time.
