Now that my closing is over & I own my lovely new home, I wanted to write and thank you & your staff for all your hard work. The first thing that comes to mind is that there was never a time when I called that I got voice mail ! I always reached a real person ! The second thing is having to bring 6 cents to a closing is probably unheard of in any circumstance. The only dilemawas that a person usually brings a Cashiers Check but how can you do that with $0.06.
We all had a good laugh on that.
