I just wanted to take a moment to thank Walt and Rebecca for their hard work in closing my mortgage loan. When an unexpected business trip came up it made it impossible for me to be able to close my loan when we had planned. Rebecca dug in and got the paperwork done so we could close earlier than expected. I have no idea what Rebecca had planned for her work day before I called to let her know of my suprise trip, but whatever it was she found the time to make sure my loan would be closed before I had to leave.

Where I work we have a real commitment to customer service. So many times I have wished that the people I dealt with in my private life had that same commitment. I certainly found that commitment with Rebecca.

McMann Mortgage has the best customer service I've had the pleasure to experience in quite some time.
