My husband and I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful job you did in obtaining our mortgage financing. You went above and beyond anything we imagined. We reached McMann mortgage Corporation through a website. We did not give any social security numbers on our application but called the phone number for more information. Walt Trock answered the phone and gave such complete, candid information we couldn't help but finish the application process. Originally the idea was to pay off our equity loan and consolidate credit card debt. We never dreamed that McMann Mortgage could match our first mortgage interest rate from 1993 of 7 1/4%. Walt and Rebecca performed that miracle. Our currect house paymentis the same amount that we paid for our first and second mortgage minus insurance and taxes. The really bright spot is haveing our credit cars paid off. Not only can we comfortably pay our oldest child's college bill, but we can now spend leisure time at our home away from home (i.e. a camper on our newly rented campsite). We tell anyone who mentions house hunting or refiancing about McMann mortgage and the wonders they do!
