Dear McMann Mortgage,
It comes with great
pleasure that I am writing this reference letter for your company
to share with any potential customer who is considering hiring you
for your mortgage services. In my opinion, your company has got
to be in the top one percent for getting the job done, and doing
that professionally. I would like to share my story briefly if I
may.
I prequalified with three seperate
mortgage companies and collected three seperate good faith estimates,
as recommended. I proceeded to accept the best offer, which was
not McMann Mortgage, and thought everything would be OK. Well it
was not. One week before my real estate closing, I was told my mortgage
interest rate was going to change because I was re-classified into
a higher risk category. This was a total shock, and I recontacted
McMann Mortgage who I did not choose originally.
As it turns out, McMann
Mortgage accepted my application, placed me in the same approval
category as seven weeks prior, and processed my loan within six
business days. That's right, my loan was accepted, processed, and
closed within six business days
.I would like to commend the entire
team at McMann for their dedication to a customer who was apparently
being taken advantage of by a bigger, deceptive mortgage company.
Specifically, Shawn for returning pages at odd hours, and answering
mortgage questions in an open and honest way, even when I turned
them down originally.
Mcmann Mortgage has displayed the highest regard
to integrity, professionalism, and moral righteousness any customer
requires for such a huge financial decision.
