I wanted to take a couple of minutes to tell you how pleased I am with Rebecca, Shawn, and the staff at McMann Mortgage.

Rebecca has to be one of the nicest, sincerest, most down to earth people I have ever met. She was very helpful through the whole refinancing project. I could call her any time if I had a question, concern, or even just to find out what was going on. She truly is an asset to anyone's staff.

Shawn also did a great job. I could call him to find out my best options for refinancing a mortgage, or opening a home equity account.

Just to let you know what we accomplished by refinancing through McMann Mortgage, we were able to consolidate our current mortgage, two loans, and a credit card debt. By doing so we reduced our total monthly payment at a lower interest rate, and still had enough money left to finish remodeling our home. Wow, what a stress relief!

We also opened a home equity account so if we need money for emergencies of unexpected expenses like braces for not one, but both of our daughters, the money was available at a lower interest rate than the orthodontist's or a credit card company.

Again, I would like to thank Rebecca and everyone at McMann mortgage for being so helpful and being there when we needed them.
